The acres app provides land use and land ownership data for US properties, including parcel delineation, soil-survey classification, vegetation index, elevation data, etcetera. Very useful for the environmentally-driven investigator or for an informed realty acquisition. Free to use.

OnX offers three applications, including the OnX Hunt app, which is super-useful as both a hunting AND camping app! It offers public and private land boundaries and tools for both on-line tracking and offline maps. Free trial, but well worth a subscription.
